Watchdog group unhappy with fire plea

     After pleading guilty last Thursday to setting brush on fire, resulting in the largest fire in California history, Sergio Martinez walked out of a federal courtroom and looked blankly through a window, crying softly, possibly because a judge had told him he faces a maximum term of five years in federal prison at his Aug. 5 sentencing...A watchdog group, however, called the plea bargain "yet another evasion of responsibility"....MORE
