Officer involved shooting leaves suspect dead  
At approximately 3:20 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 26, Sheriff's deputy Enrique Diaz, a 20 year veteran of the San Diego Sheriff's Department, shot and killed a suspect that attacked him with his own baton.

Back Country Land Trust celebrates 15 years, 4,946 acres
