Diego County.
Some conditions and requirements for burning are: burning
during designated burning hours, calling in with permit
number, and address, and to inquire about burn status or
temporary suspensions, keeping smoke to a minimum, and
clearing all fire hazards around the piles.

occur at anytime, winter or summer, and permits are required
year round.
