program
The County of San Diego will be determining
potential options to help homeowners finance
renewable energy systems and energy efficiency
devices. A 5-0 San Diego County Board of
Supervisors vote Sept. 23 directed the county’s

cost, benefits, and feasibility of implementing

Local transit users will benefit from federal
stimulus
Residents of San Diego’s Back Country will be
some of the first to see the benefits of Federal
“Transit” stimulus dollars. California will get
$34 million in stimulus money to improve public
transportation in rural areas, and San Diego
